There's a very distinct class system at home. The people who live in the Capitol, and the rest of us who live in districts. I won a Capitol contest when I was a teenager, so they gave me a big house in my district and a salary, and in exchange I make television appearances in sheer gowns and keep the presidents friends company when he tells me to. if I decide not to do those things they'll kill my brother.
